Synopsis
Detroit Police Department detective Axel Foley travels to Beverly Hills to investigate a car theft ring at a chop shop. Unbeknownst to his superior Inspector Harold Lutz (Jon Tenney), Foley uncovers a counterfeit money operation tied to an amusement park called Wonder World. As he digs deeper, Foley discovers a connection between the counterfeiters and the murder of his boss, Inspector Todd (Eugene Collier).
